David started Aquality Plumbing & Heating for several reasons, one of which was to offer Calgarians an honest option in plumbing and heating services. Aquality is for people who want to have trained technicians service their home, with a focus on integrity, communication, quality work, open communication and accountability.

When you first call to get an issue resolved, we will respond with action based on these core principles. If you call a second time, you will get the same great action on the second call, as you did on the first call. If we have left any shortcomings in your home, we will address them.

We want your 100% satisfaction to ensure you are more than pleased with our efforts.  We actually want to leave you with the feeling that you need to rave to your family and friends about how we took care of your needs.

We provide a full year of warranty on our labour and any parts or fixtures we supply. This is to to protect you from the unexpected.  We hope all our jobs go smoothly, but when there is a bump in the road, rest assured, we will be there to resolve the issue swiftly
