“I was particularly impressed initially by Dawn. I sent an email at about 8 P.M on Wed. evening notifying Dawn of a Leaky Hot water Tank I didn’t expect any response until Thursday A.M. However within minutes I got a phone call from Dawn asking for pictures of problem area plus serial number of Old tank! I was contacted again at 7 A.M by Dawn and to make a long story short by 2:30 P.M I had a new Hot water Tank !! Thanks Dawn !!

It has been ten years since Giant Industries has been using Aquality Plumbing in CALGARY to perform all of our warranty service in CALGARY. Aquality looks after the warranty service work on behalf of Giant.
In the ten years, I have never had a consumer tell me that Aquality Plumbing did not do a great job. I have never received a call where the consumer was not satisfied with their work that Aquality provided.
Today if I get a call from a consumer and for what ever reason it’s not a warranty call, I always recommend Aquality Plumbing because I have never had an issue and I know that the customer will get excellent customer service.
